College Preparation

Competing at the collegiate level takes more than just talent—it takes commitment, discipline, and preparation. High school athletes who want to play in college need to focus not only on developing their physical skills, but also on building strong academic habits, time management, and mental toughness.
There are a variety of other athletic associations that govern and organize collegiate sports in the United States. Those include NCAA, NAIA, community college associations, and christian school associations. As you plan for college, it is important to maintain compliance with your collegiate guidelines. You'll begin by following the five steps career planning followed by registering with the collegiate association of your choice. Below are steps to guide you through the process but please contact our academic dean for support.
