Our strength and conditioning program is led by a team of highly experienced coaches who are dedicated to developing strong, explosive, and well-conditioned athletes. With a deep understanding of sport science and performance training, our coaches design structured routines that are both challenging and safe. They incorporate a combination of plyometrics, speed and agility training, resistance work, and mobility exercises to ensure our student-athletes are game-ready and injury-resistant throughout the season.

Training sessions are tailored to the specific demands of each sport and athlete. Plyometric drills help improve explosive power, vertical jump, and reaction time—key components in nearly every athletic performance. Speed and agility workouts focus on acceleration, lateral movement, and change of direction, giving athletes a competitive edge on the field or court. Our coaches also place a strong emphasis on progression tracking, using performance data and regular assessments to adjust training plans and ensure athletes are continually improving.

With multiple on-campus weight rooms equipped with top-tier equipment, our athletes have access to everything they need to train effectively. Strength and conditioning coaches work closely with sport coaches and our sports medicine team to align training with game-day readiness. From in-season maintenance to off-season development, our program builds resilient, confident athletes who are physically and mentally prepared to compete at their highest level. The goal is not just to build stronger athletes—but to build athletes who move better, recover faster, and perform smarter.
